This can be a huge gamble and a very costly exercise as their is no guarantee that your visitors will purchase your product or click on your ads. Google and the other advertising networks are all in favour of this approach, as this is what makes them rich,
- Free Whitehat SEO. Build a high quality website or blog with lots of interesting articles, on your chosen niche, Gain back-links in a natural way, and in 10 years or so you may see your site on page one. This is a long term project with no guarantee of success.
- Blackhat, Using tools software and bots to mass produce results.. Getting back links through tricks and unsavoury methods. Rewriting other peoples articles to make them your own.

Answer : No. There is nothing unlawful in using modern technology to gain an adantage over your competitors, In fact it is this which separates humans from the rest of the animal world. Though this is not to say, that blackhat methods are not used in illegal ways. Some fraudsters hide behiind the title Black Hat, this does not make them blackhatters, They are thieves and fraudsters, and are not welcome in the blackhat community.

You Placed your articles on Hubpages and have done a great job on SEO, but to get a website onto front page of google is a different thing. Many small business owners pay google a lot of money in adwords, and never see any results.
Some simple tips and tricks can push them onto the first page and then their businese's may see some sales.
You never mentioned your keyword, or the competition for it, Is that exact search number or broad search as we both know there is a huge difference.Keyword research is where the majority of people fall down,

While I know that there can be an advantage to use these black hat methods for highly competitive high paying keywords I'm still not convinced that for high paying low competition keywords it's of any use.I know you are trying to sell your viewpoint here but 10 years to get to page one on Google is just not a reality if you know how to write quality articles,properly link,,use RSS feeds and ping all of these on a regular basis.For example I targeted a keyword that is searched for 2500 times a day according to Google and in 8 days with having only written 5 articles to link back I sit at #4 for my main hub and have 2 of the articles on page 2 on Google.Each article I have written has pushed the Hub up another couple spots on the front page. So it is possible,but not that easily accomplished on every keyword.Despite this just for learning purposes I am interested to see what you will have to share about Black Hat in the future as I like to get new perspectives on the ways people approach internet marketing.For this reason I will be following you Black Hat Boy.Overall an informative Hub you have created despite who will agree or disagree with the ethics of the method!
